Live From CDR's Non-Stop Oyster Bar

Here we are at the Le Merigot hotel for Wally's Annual Champagne Tasting benefitting UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center. We brought over 1200 oysters and freshly shucked them on the spot for about 300 event supporters. A great time was had by all! Check us out!

Chef Daniel Roberts and Chef de Cuisines Atsushi Takatsuki and Michelle Lainez have collaborated with the wonderful Domaine Chandon winery located in Napa, California. Please join us on Wednesday February 9, 2011 for an evening of delicious food and delectable wines. This five course dinner begins at 6:30pm and is only $65 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).
